Chittagong Vikings have produced a fruitful 1st wicket partnership of 51 runs; Tamim Iqbal Khan and Tillekaratne Dilshan opted to a good start but the rest of the batsmen could not literally capitalize it.

Tamim was the first to go; in the 8th over of the innings, he was caught in the hands of Ashar Zaidi facing a delivery from part timer Shuvagata Hom. The Vikings’ skipper’s 27 runs innings came from 23 balls with 3 fours and a six.

Anamul Haque Bijoy continued his bad patch with the bat, got out without adding a single run on the baord.

Tillekartne Dilshan also lost his wicket at the team score of 78; Umar Akmal hold the innings of the Chittagong Vikings for a while. His unbeaten 49 runs innings literally saved the Vikings from further embarrassment.

Abu Haider, Shuvagata Hom and Ashar Zaidi all took 1 wicket each for Comilla Victorians.
